Cool. Can you send me a link to the vid? I don't really like using youtube. If you're too busy don't worry about it. I just prefer having a vid that I can save and keep.

Thanks for the link Monica.

Very impressive job on this vid! I really enjoyed it. Although I’ve never seen the film I remember really liking the labyrinth book when I was younger so it was cool to see the film version. The song choice was great and very appropriate to the film. And I really liked your concept of the two characters (Jareth and Sarah are their names right?) and I was very impressed by how well you constructed the vid from beginning to end. You really told the story you wanted to in a very effective manner and it went perfectly with the song you used. Very awesome vid Monica!

Awesome stuff with the opening of the vid. Starting with the overhead scene of the labyrinth was a great choice and the way you put together the rest of it with the way you edited and paced it was very smooth and flowing and it matched up really perfectly with the opening musical section. I really liked how you flashed back to an earlier part of the film at 53 to show her meeting Jareth for the first time. Again, I thought it was a great idea to construct the vid in that way because it let you start with the more impressive labyrinth scenes during the intro. So awesome job with that.

The way you put the next couple of sections together was very effective as well. Switching to the scene at 1:15 where he was telling her that she only had until midnight to find her brother and then following that with the scene at 1:40 where he “stole” a couple of hours from her was really impressive storytelling. Those two scenes conveyed the concept of the film and the relationship between the two characters very well. Same thing with the next part starting at 156 with the ballroom scenes. Awesome lyric matching during that part and again really nice job editing to the pace of the music there. It was very cool how you went back and forth between that setting and the other important scenes in the film, like the swamp part at 2:30, and at 3:01. The bubble scenes at 3:18-3:30 were very cool. Great idea to use them like that in the vid as that worked especially well with the way you constructed this section of the vid around the ballroom scenes from the film. Ending that section with the two of the dancing together was very appropriate and made for an awesome ending to that whole section. Finally, it was very impressive how you finished the vid perfectly with the song with the last scene of the two of them right on the final line of the song. Very powerful ending to an really awesome vid Monica!

You are totally welcomed. I have to say, and I know I have said it before, but I love your reviews!! Not only 'cause you have good eyes ;), but also 'cause I love to see my videos in your point of view, they are sooo much better in your point of view!!

I really enjoy how you can see stuff that I never put together but that eventually work that way. I'm not as good story telling as you make me sound to be but I like that my work ends up like that, I just trow together scenes that I like and that.. work well and you always manage to find logic in my madness, thanks!!

I have to say I'm also thrilled you liked the ending, I had to extend that scene and make it slow 'cause is a matter of a few seconds and I need it more and i'm happy you think it worked :D.

Thanks again for your review!!! Hugs!!! Be well and take care, Monica
